Pricing Policy All products on Supra-Fly.com are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery Address Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement. Delivery Charges All orders will automatically be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery(orders over £100 will be sent free of charge U.K. only) in the U.K. and be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. To destinations outside of the U.K. orders will be sent by Royal Mail International(Signed For). Customers will be notified by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed. Cancellation Rights You have the right too cancel your order within 7 working days without giving reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods. Card Refunds All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Allow one to two months for the credit to appear on your statement.
